Greeneville/Greene County Municipal Airport
The Greeneville/Greene County Municipal Airport offers a variety of services, including t-hangars rentals, fuel sales, flight lessons, and aircraft rental.  Featuring a 6300-foot long runway, the airport services both private and corporate clients.

Greene County Partnership

Telephone service is provided by Sprint at 423-638-3101.   Cable service is provided by Adelphia Cable at (423) 639-4321.

Water and Sewer
Water and sewer service is provided by the Greeneville Water-Sewer Commission at (423) 638-3148.

Emergency Sirens and Tornado Warnings 
For the safety of the citizens, emergency sirens are tested periodically and sound off for less than one minute. In time of emergency, the Greeneville/Greene County Emergency Medical Agency will sound the signal in a pattern of three minutes of siren, then one minute of silence, then three minutes of siren, then one minute of silence, then three minutes of siren. There is no all clear siren.

If you sight a tornado or other severe weather conditions, call the Greeneville Police at 911. They will be alert to track the direction of the storm.

Automobile Licenses 
Motor vehicle licenses can be obtained by contacting the Tennessee Motor Vehicle Bureau located at 1209 Hal Henard Road. The Bureau is open 8:30 - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday.  For more information, contact the Bureau at (423) 638-3285.
